Overpriced
They were incredibly helpful to me as a homeowner who had a flooded wall as a result of junky Wayfair shower plumbing. They spent a lot of time with me over multiple phone calls and visits to ensure that the parts I got matched up with the setup I had. They were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I see that some reviews mention them not selling parts to homeowners, for my situation that was not the case. They were great.
IRR is a great supply house. Very competent staff that have a deep knowledge of their products. I love that I can text them orders. This is a supply house set up to provide equipment and parts to HVAC contractors. They cannot, by law, sell some parts to the general public for very good reasons. We get calls from customers who thought they could install their own systems. They couldn't. And now on top of that they can't find a company who will take on the liablity of fixing the problems.
