Convenient and have commercial minded supplies
Great service for HVAC parts and tools
Won't sell a part to a homeowner. Rude on the phone. Don't waste your time. And this policy will not make me call a HVAC contractor. My money will go to an online vendor instead of buying local. EDIT: I see they responded below. The part in question was a blower motor controller. But, the person on the phone would not even let me get that far. Had a great experience with another employee but one in particular was incredibly rude and condescending. Interupted midsentence to tell us we were wrong. Also refused to sell to us as homeowners (which is fine) but was also supremely unhelpful in finding someone who could help.
