This is a horrible appraisal service. DO NOT USE. Just look at the reviews left previously. Our appraisal was assigned to Zachary Barrette who is barely out of high school and had no idea what he was doing. He used horrible comps and took our values down almost $100K, despite many other recent supporting comps. There are many great appraisers, this is certainly not one of them.

Absolutely garbage appraisal. New roof gutters, windows, added egress window with added bedroom and bathroom in basement, valuation didn't change at all! Actually came back lower!
