Went today at 11am. The girl at the ER check-in desk was a nightmare. I wasn't acknowledged at all, there were no masks out. I was having respiratory issues, visibly out of breath, and she acted bothered because I interrupted her while she was playing on the computer. I asked about prompt care and she acted like she was going to refuse me service. too much money, no one should go here. sprain your ankle and it costs ten thousand. break your leg and you're homeless aswell. can I give 0 stars? because I would.
If I could give less than 0 stars I would. The person in charge of registration at the emergency entrance (DIANA) is unprofessional and arrogant with the patients and even more so if they are Latinos (racist). The incredible thing about this case is that she got upset because we interrupted her time eating cake. And in two moments when we needed information about our emergency she continued eating cake. They should be given their private time for their breaks.
If you come into the ER and owe them money, expect to get harassed that you must pay before you can be seen. Imagine being such a money hungry group, and this has happened to multiple people i know, some of them coming in for breathing problems. The register by the ER is absolutely rude, especially that lady Tammy who acts like you are disgusting and clearly doesn't listen to a word you say.
