Originally from Watseka I am in town visiting family from out of state. They took my insurance and it cost the same at prompt care as it does in my home city and state. They checked me in, saw me, prescribed meds, and got me the meds all in about 50 minutes. Very kind staff
My trip last night and time a couple weeks ago to the ER have been such a refreshing,and comfortable experience ( except for the doctor the first time ) ..There's a young lady / Nurse named Loren and she gets a 10++++ rating from myself .., she is the kindest , and the most compassionate, and caring Nurse I have ever had in my Life 🧬, she's goes Above and beyond a Nurse she explains to you everything kindly and compassionately , you can tell she truly loves her job / profession 🧑🥹🫂🧤🫶🤕🤒🩹and cares for her patients !... read more
Went with a severely scaling, oozing facial rash. The attendants, nurse, and Dr. Dionte Wiggins were all extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Wiggins prescribed two medications and three days later, I’m slowly recovering. Very thankful for them!
Things have definitely improved over last year or so. Seems to be new management. I have high hopes for IMH in Watseka!
