Dr. Trinkle sucks. She’s rude, and in a hurry and doesn’t listen to her patients!!!! She ignored my 85 year old grandmas symptoms on her 3rd visit into that office! Grandma has a history of pneumonia and is a double mastectomy breast cancer survivor not once did it dawn on these doctors to do a chest X-ray on her!!!!!! Sent her home each time saying it was asthma and gave her a inhaler! no one knows what's going on. they tell you one thing then do the other. horribly run office. office manager needs to be fired!!!!!!!!
pick up that damn phone
I was concerned upon arrival, this being my first appointment. The office seemed chaotic, but once I was called back, I couldn’t have been more pleased. Dr. Mattingly is an awesome doctor and really took time to understand my problem. Looking forward to good health from here on out. Thank you!!!
The doc's are wonderful, caring and very responsive. I have always had a return call and results are always communicated back. Couldn't find better primary doctors.
After being a patient for years, I'm switching. If you try to speak to your dr or nurse on the phone, good luck getting them to answer or even bother returning your calls. You have the option to leave a message and you're still ignored. After two different instances of this treatment I will go somewhere that will make me feel like a human at least.
I'm here for the second time. The first time I sat for over an hour in the room waiting on the Dr. Before that the nurse that checked my pulse and blood pressure did it manually and strangely was done in less than 5 seconds. I'm here for my second visit. Appointment was at 230. I was told to come early for labs, it's 3PM now and I have not been called back and was told if they were going to do labs they'll wait till I'm called back. This is awful.
They are so slow it's crazy, They put you in the room and leave you in there for 45 minutes to an hour before the doctor even comes in to see you and then they're in here about 10 minutes and it's over with.
