Horrible experience I recently purchased a vape product and it was defective ( sometimes happens) and not working at all, I tried to return and or exchange and was told by the male worker to come back when the manager is in. Twice now I have went back only to be told come back when the manager is in which he is never in the last two times I went there. The people who are giving this place 5 stars are liers.. the weed have different names but are all the same.. it's all low grade quality.. thanks for the ounce of crap you sold me as high quality.. never again.
The staff was very respectful, quality is top shelf. 10/10 recommend!
