I'm a woman and I really like this gym. It has the machines, cardio equip, weights, punching bag, stability balls, jump ropes,medicine balls, weighted balls... Etc. no pool, sauna or day care but it is the only gym in the county with 24 hr accessibility. Everyone there is great. It has a very community appeal to it. I've been trying out other gyms, but I just prefer this one.
