Two minor cons: 1. The units facing the railroad are loud all day long. Trains are required to blow their horns due to a nearby intersection. 2. The second parking spot is a lift. It gets hard if two commuters can’t guarantee last-in-first-out. Other than that, the property itself and management are top notch. All maintenance requests are responded to within a day. I am particularly happy with the gym.

Everything from the units to the amenities to the management and maintenance is great here at Ironworks. The ceiling is a bit thin, but it’s fine for me. Besides that everything else is great, even if rent is a bit higher. Units are new and appliances are all great.
My husband and I have been living here for 3 years and we absolutely love this place. Incredibly friendly management, always willing to help, and addressing any requests asap. The management and maintenance team takes an exceptionally good care of the units and all the facilities. We also feel fortunate to have quiet and respectful neighbors. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a home!
