The minute dr menendez walked in the room, he told me nothing was wrong with me without even completing an exam. He didn't even look at the images. He said he didn't need to because he had the report. The radiologist, not the tech, the woman who interprets the exam says she can see the anomaly, but since she doesn't know what it is, she had to put that it was a normal exam and to explain to the dr and suggested maybe an mri or biopsy under the supervision of a dr. I’m supposed to see my doctor after my radiation and I shouldn’t wait that is what my doctor and her assistant said, but every time I go I wait for more than half an hour!!! As we respect your time respect ours we are not here to be treated that way!!! If you have so many patients try to make appointments accordingly to give everyone his/her time!!!! The front desk staff was really nice but this office has a long check in time. They made me fill out pages of medical history that took 30 minutes which probably could have been done ahead of time online. They told me I needed medical images when I got there, rather than telling me in advance. Waited a total of 45 min to be called back by a rude MA. Didn’t even say hello, just said “put your stuff down there and stand on the scale, then sit so I can take your BP”, and had an attitude when she realized I didn’t have medical i... read more
