The place is small and kept clean. The will make repairs when you report something that needs fixing. It is quiet and the laundry room is clean and recently replaced washers and dryers. The jacuzzi does not work because it doesn't get warm. It has been a problem and issue for years.
If you are looking for a nice and spacious Apartment. Ironwood villas apartments is the best Apartment for you and your family. I spent one year and two months here so far and I must say am impressed with the way the management responded to my complaints. Ms. Ramona at the leasing office is really a sweet heart because she is always there to listen to you and help you with forever complaints you might have. I love staying at Ironwood villas apartments. I highly recommend .
Ironwood Villas is a hidden gem! The atmosphere here is so peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The pool is always sparkling clean, a testament to the care they put into the grounds. The neighbors are friendly, creating a real sense of community. Ramona, the manager, is especially wonderful—she’s incredibly helpful, kind, and always goes out of her way to make sure everyone feels at home.
Ramona Neal, she does her job and care about the residents. She helps remind people about late payments, checked up on the work or problems that it may cause after it has been done. She tries her best to help. Very smart, very intelligent. I've been here 23 years and by far she is the best. Very honest. I would have given the five star, but the maintenance man services here is terrible and uncaring and scary at times.
