I was a patient of dr desiderio avila for over ten years. i loved and respected this doctor for all my urinary problems!!!! When I received my botox for an in office procedure,I was shocked to find out that i cost me 900.00 dollars!!!!!! His office manager called me to pick the botox up at his office!!!! Had a 2:30 appointment and walked to my car at 4:22. Only talked with the doctor for 5 min. no exam. They do not respect your time.
