**BEWARE: Unprofessional Practice & Disastrous Front Office** Dr. Eisenberg and the staff at this practice are a nightmare combination of arrogance and incompetence. Starting with the front office, their dismissive attitudes and lack of accountability are astonishing. Specifically, Maria is rude, unhelpful, and impossible to reach—a glaring red flag. Basically said that I should take antibiotics for 3 months because I get recurring bladder infections. Great! Going for a second opinion. Waste of time.
If I could give them zero stars I would! The doctors are great, but their office staff is incredibly RUDE ! Obviously they have an office manager who doesn't give a crap either with over 110 reviews. I feel sorry for the doctors. The girl making appts attitude is unbelievable. I forgot her name, it's long..but dr eisenberg was nice and knowledgeable. Sad he has such bad staff. Plus they are NOT up to date on procedures. They are sending us to a Dr almost 2 hours away for a procedure that they aren't doing till november!! Hor... read more

The Gilbert location is beautiful and Dr. Eisenberg is one of the best Dr's. I have ever experienced. He actually dressed for Halloween as a Ninja turtle at the office because his child asked him to. Also does a great, pain free vasectomy!
