This review is solely for office manager " Gloria" and I had a very good experience visiting Dr. "Kian". Doctor prescription needed more information by my insurance provider. My pharmacy did their part and sent a fax to "Ironwood" , but after 14 days no response given. I tried to get hold of Gloria (5 times), left her messages and voicemail and she ignored them all. I hope the doctors read this review and take action for replacing this ignorant, selfish "Office Manager".
My experience was very positive. Dr. Ahmadieh was very pleasant. He was attentive to my needs.
Everyone here was super professional nice. It was very easy to make an appointment. Doctor Kian is awesome!
Dr. Ahmadieh does a thorough job and answers all questions. He explains everything in detail that a patient can understand. I would highly recommend him.
Rude front desk. Very snappy and unfriendly folks when you call them. It’s just not the type of place to go to for care.
