Good patient experience is important to me. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case. Front office staff needs a lot of work. Additionally the facility was marginal. Not a good reflection of their genuine interest in their patients.
The office staff is so rude! They treat their patients, me included, like a herd of cattle; not like people. And the doctors fly from room to room, spending very little time with each patient. I will never go back! One and done.

The front office of Ironwood Urology SUCKS! I tried calling Ironwood Urology on 690 E Warner Rd in Gilbert, AZ four different times from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Friday 2/27/2026. Every time I was put on hold (right away) and after 3 to 5 minutes of holding, they just disconnected me! I would not recommend this practice.
The doctors are as unprofessional as possible. This was the worst medical experience of my life. I made the mistake of thinking the reviews were wrong. I was wrong. Find a group with decent reviews.
