I promise you won't see a woman on here that says dr eisenburg is wonderful. He treated me like garbage after I had chronic pain from a procedure he performed. He told me of the thousands of kidney stones he's taken out and has never heard of this, then he told me he can't help because he's a "surgeon" which tells me he only wants to deal with patients with whom he will make tens of thousands of dollars from. Dr Manuel Eisenberg is a great doctor. Listened me well, answered all my questions, addressed my concerns. I highly recommend him
This review is solely for office manager " Gloria" and I had a very good experience visiting Dr. "Kian". Doctor prescription needed more information by my insurance provider. My pharmacy did their part and sent a fax to "Ironwood" , but after 14 days no response given. I tried to get hold of Gloria (5 times), left her messages and voicemail and she ignored them all. I hope the doctors read this review and take action for replacing this ignorant, selfish "Office Manager".
