I've been a patient there over 7 years extremely very professional knowledgeable respectful from Dr Eisenberg and his talented staff
The front office of Ironwood Urology SUCKS! I tried calling Ironwood Urology on 690 E Warner Rd in Gilbert, AZ four different times from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Friday 2/27/2026. Every time I was put on hold (right away) and after 3 to 5 minutes of holding, they just disconnected me! I would not recommend this practice.
The doctors are as unprofessional as possible. This was the worst medical experience of my life. I made the mistake of thinking the reviews were wrong. I was wrong. Find a group with decent reviews.
I promise you won't see a woman on here that says dr eisenburg is wonderful. He treated me like garbage after I had chronic pain from a procedure he performed. He told me of the thousands of kidney stones he's taken out and has never heard of this, then he told me he can't help because he's a "surgeon" which tells me he only wants to deal with patients with whom he will make tens of thousands of dollars from.
