I have been going to Ironwood Optometry to see Dr Kim for 15 years. From someone who works in customer service, I can sincerely say the customer service at this clinic is top notch. The front end staff are so warm and professional. I never have to wait for my appointment and Dr Kim is very personable and gracious explaining everything thoroughly.
