Great experience! Dr. Elkie Fung is an awesome doctor and the front staff was super nice and helpful.
Just had my first eye exam with Dr. CHEN and it was a great experience; he is knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I really appreciated her insights! The front desk staff are also friendly and helpful.^^ I will be back again
I have been going to Ironwood Optometry to see Dr Kim for 15 years. From someone who works in customer service, I can sincerely say the customer service at this clinic is top notch. The front end staff are so warm and professional. I never have to wait for my appointment and Dr Kim is very personable and gracious explaining everything thoroughly.
