Very unfriendly front office staff. Recently waited on hole for 13 min. Just to have them get back with my pharmacy regarding a refill request for birth control. They also turn their phones off early prior to closing at 5.

My 13 year old daughter was TRAUMATIZED by Dr. Hook. My daughter didn't want her MALE pediatrician to look in her peri-area, so I thought she would be in a SAFE space with a female Gyn. Dr. Hook came into the room and screamed, "I DON'T USUALLY SEE GIRLS UNTIL THEY'RE 15!" Then, this horrible "doctor" went on and on about how her staff wrongly scheduled my daughter to come. This was my daughter's 1st visit to a Gyn. REALLY????

I had made an appointment with Ironwood OB/GYN in March and they canceled it without any explanation and said they would call me to reschedule. Their automated service called just to tell me I need to call them to reschedule. I rescheduled my appt and when I went they told me that my minor grandson how do you sit outside in the heat for over an hour during my appointment time with no supervision. New patient review: I was greeted right away with a warm smile. They called me back at the exact time they scheduled my appointment. Everyone was very pleasant and polite. I was impressed with Dr. Jenna Struder. Highly recommended.
