My experience at Ironwood Homes at River Run has been extremely disappointing, and a major part of that experience has been dealing with the property manager, Caitlin. Communication with Caitlin has been one of the biggest issues. The way she speaks to residents can come across as condescending, dismissive, and outright rude. Had a great experience touring the place with Caitlin Nelson! Super friendly and very welcoming answered all of our questions and showed us around, would definitely see myself calling this place home soon.
The management is fine but the neighbors are inconsiderate about blasting music at the pool many nights out of the week. If you live here I would NOT recommend to get a unit by the pool (way too loud)

I had the opportunity to tour this community, and I was very impressed. The manager was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The townhomes were beautiful, clean, and well-kept. Thank you for such a pleasant experience I truly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend this community to anyone searching for a new home.
