We had such a great and amazing Experience with Kaitlyn and isela , They are both so welcoming and very helpful to answer. Any questions that were needed to be answered. They made the application process So quick and easy I want to thank them for their time and experience To help out. The amenities , Paul a jam playground area, are great. I am so excited To be moving to such a beautiful area close to schools, shopping centers, and parks.
I toured this community with Caitlin 9/16/26 and she was great with answering all of our questions and being knowledgeable and having patience because we had our 2 kids with us. We toured the 3bd and 4bd we liked the space of the kitchen in the 4bd but did not like the living room space downstairs it was very small. We preferred the 3 bd because of the loft space upstairs. I’ve had a wonderful experience at Ironwood Homes at River Run. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, and the homes are spacious, modern, and comfortable. I especially appreciate the great amenities, convenient location, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff has been friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Ironwood Homes at River Run to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I love living over here, Caitlin and Isela are absolutely fantastic and kind. Every month we have a great community event, from pool parties, cupcake bashes, ice cream parlors, and more. It is a delight to have such thoughtful, professional, and efficient residential management in our community!
My experience at Ironwood Homes at River Run has been extremely disappointing, and a major part of that experience has been dealing with the property manager, Caitlin. Communication with Caitlin has been one of the biggest issues. The way she speaks to residents can come across as condescending, dismissive, and outright rude.
