Just that it's very nice and quiet.
I have lived in this building for years. And loved living here all these years. However not sure what happened but the upkeep of the building has become very poor with residents leaving their pets waste in the elevator and sometimes in the hallways and sidewalks and parking lots of the building during the winter because they rather not take them outside. Also there is a huge problem with theft in the building people are stealing packages and I have had many packages stolen from me over the last few years and when I reported ... read more
mariah was so helpful throughout our entire move in process. we enjoy living at ironwood flats so far, we previously lived at the edition and loved it there as well!
Lived there for a year. Had no issues with landlords. Rental portal made everything super easy. Maintenance requests were answered super fast
