Unprofessional and rude My neighbor had a sliding gate put in behind their garage by Chad and Ironwood. I was very interested in case we wanted one too. At first all seemed well and then it started breaking down. They have serviced it four times and it still only works "sometimes". Now my neighbors are being told that they will have to pay for any further visits to repair. Seems like the scam is to put in bad stuff and then eventually charge you to fix it. Unprofessional and poor workmanship Can't ever reach anyone at the company except some girl that doesn't know what is going on. Don't show up when they say and don't let you know it so don't miss work just to wait for them. Gate does not work and he won't call back to fix it. Fence is falling down. Calling the BBB on this one.
I used this company to install a automatic gate over my driveway around a year ago. It is now in need of repair, and is still covered by the 1 year warranty, so I have tried to contact them daily for 2 weeks. They have yet to return a single phone call. I have spoken with other fencing companies who have all agreed that IronWood installed it incorrectly and it must be completely reinstalled in order to repair it. Do not use this company!!!! They have no intentions of standing behind their products, especially if they are still under warranty. Chad from IronWood installed an automatic gate for me that is still under the 1-year warranty, but has already broken down. I have been calling them daily for 2 weeks to try to have someone repair the gate, but no one ever bothers to return my call.
