Miserable property with poor insulation and construction that makes AC and heating a nightmare. Enjoy having three different ownership groups in five years with constantly rising rents, utilities you'll overpay for, and maintenance requests to go unfilled or "fixed" for a week until the repair fails. I've lived at Ironwood Court for a while now and couldn't be happier with my experience. The community is super pet-friendly, which was a must for me, and my dog has loved living here just as much as I have! The maintenance team deserves a special shoutout—they are always prompt, professional, and genuinely friendly.
