I've lived at Ironwood Court for a while now and couldn't be happier with my experience. The community is super pet-friendly, which was a must for me, and my dog has loved living here just as much as I have! The maintenance team deserves a special shoutout—they are always prompt, professional, and genuinely friendly. If you live at Ironwood Court or any of the Hall Equity Group properties in Lawrence, Kansas, I would highly recommend putting a camera up inside of your apartment. The maintenance guy Barry, Well, you might wanna see what he does when he doesn’t think anybody’s watching him. Fair warning.
No concerns while living here, but the move out process was awful. They do not complete a pre-move out inspection with the tenant present and in my case, emailed me after the fact with concerns and charges that were removed and identified as inaccurate once I followed up. After moving out, I was sent a bill for 3x the amount of my security deposit. Kent came by to fix a couple small issues that had popped up in our townhome. He was super kind, quick, efficient, and now everything is working perfectly! Thank you to Barry, Kent, and the entire maintenance team for helping keep everything functioning!
