Ironwood Court’s management and maintenance staff keep this apartment complex running smoothly. Fast services from friendly people—you can’t put a price on that !
I've lived at Ironwood Court for a while now and couldn't be happier with my experience. The community is super pet-friendly, which was a must for me, and my dog has loved living here just as much as I have! The maintenance team deserves a special shoutout—they are always prompt, professional, and genuinely friendly. If you live at Ironwood Court or any of the Hall Equity Group properties in Lawrence, Kansas, I would highly recommend putting a camera up inside of your apartment. The maintenance guy Barry, Well, you might wanna see what he does when he doesn’t think anybody’s watching him. Fair warning.
