I live in the Park West Gardens area of Ironwood. I’ve lived here a year and plan to stay for years to come. The location is tucked away in a little neighborhood, but minutes away from shopping and restaurants. It’s a pet friendly quiet area with great maintenance. They have recently replaced roofs and painted the exteriors. Weekly lawn care is dependable. Miserable property with poor insulation and construction that makes AC and heating a nightmare. Enjoy having three different ownership groups in five years with constantly rising rents, utilities you'll overpay for, and maintenance requests to go unfilled or "fixed" for a week until the repair fails.
