Dr Mendonca and Krystal are wonderful! The whole office is amazing!
Haley, the receptionist at the front desk has the best customer service skills.of anywhere I have ever been. She was smiling the whole time and extremely helpful in helping people use the check in kiosk. It was a pleasure to see someone that outstanding .
Dr Mantripragada has been wonderful to work with and always goes above and beyond. He is patient, kind and very thorough. He always takes the time to answer all of my many questions. I feel seen, heard, valued and cared for. Thank you Dr Mantripragada for all you do!
So beyond frustrated with the lack of communication in this place. You better hope you're not dying and that you have some time. First I met with the Doctor Who explained to me that I would get a port placed for the chemotherapy. Keep in mind, I would not have known about this port if she had not explained it to me and told me about it.
