By far the WORST place I have ever lived and I really gave it a chance. We were living there for 2 years and let down consistently. When we moved in it was under different management but switched over a couple months later and the switch was a bit rough. Property managers are unorganized. We moved in 2/8/24, and exactly one year later, our keys were deactivated despite re-signing our lease on time. Management left us locked out for over an hour. They won’t own up to their mistake. Instead they claim it was a rare technical malfunction. Poor communication.
When I first moved into this apartment I loved everything about it, I felt comfortable in my own home, and all the staff were friendly and personable. Since building has a new property manager. Corey one of the workers speaks to you in a patronizing, condescending, rude manner. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here with new management.
Avoid this place at all cost. Horrible build quality. Especially if you live below another unit you’ll hear everything. Pipes fail causing major flooding. Stay away. You couldn’t pay me to live in this complex again.
There have been a lot of changes including in property managers (very high turnover here and most of the time we don't have the best experiences with them). Tyler who was a shining star and managed this place very well has left so I had to drop the rating from 4+ to 2. I thus felt it best to take down my former 4+ star review since it is not up to date and will be misleading. I will post a new one time allowing! LB
