I don't know about the quality of the apartments. I do know that since Mr. Johnson left the quality of the hud staff has went way downhill. They won't pick up the phone or when they do they can't help or even call you back. I've been trying to get someone on the phone for a week to find out something on my hud paperwork, but nobody is willing to to talk to me or tell me anything, nor will they unlock the door when you're there to turn paperwork in or have an appointment. This review is just the tip of the iceberg.
Really nice apartments they have cheap rent and they keep up with anything that Needs fixed they installed New lights in the kitchen bathroom and outside. And new hot water tanks stove and refrigerators in every apartment and new locks for every apartment.
They barely do they job
A close relative was being eaten alive by bed bugs. Management has done nothing. Roaches running from one apartment to another. Housing authority has been aware of this problem for months!!!!!
