We have been working with Ironstate for over a decade now, taking care of all their signage needs. We work on new constructions as well as all the existing properties they own and manage. Never once has there been any issues with payment, we work with most of the staff from Building Managers to Marketing to new construction and everyone are complete professionals. Truly awful experience dealing with this management company and their maintenance personnel. My wife (who is pregnant) and I signed a lease for a two bed, two bath apt in their Shipyard complex in Hoboken three months ago. From day one, our master bathroom has not had ambient water temperature (either freezing or scalding hot). To this day, the issue is still not fixed.
