Got the opportunity to stop by Ironsmith roasters here in Encinitas. When you walk in, it’s a simple nice interior, nice wooden slats, merchandise like cups and coffee bags to buy, a nice glass case for their baked goods. Simple seating outside and a bench inside. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and a croissant. This place has been a personal favorite of mine since it opened. The owner Matt puts so much heart and dedication into his craft and cares deeply about quality and it shows in all the details of each coffee concoction the baristas whip up. 5 stars all around, best coffee shop in Encinitas.
