Great Cubano for Lunch Excellent Cubano sandwich. Went there for lunch on a Thursday with a colleague. No waiting on line. We got our order quickly and boy was I happy. I think it's one of the top Cubanos I've had in SF -- for only $10. It came with a small salad and I ordered an Arnold Palmer, to boot. I'd go back again. Perfect place for business lunch. Apparently they sell their own wine, but I'm not sure I'd go for that. The sandwich was delicious. Next time, I'll try the roast turkey that they're known for.

In SoMa, a casual all-day cafe and restaurant. – Serving three meals a day and acting as a coffeehouse in between, Ironside solves the South Beach area's need for a comfortable cafe and casual eatery. Housed in a former shipbuilding warehouse, the restaurant's two levels are built from rugged slabs of wood, giving the place a Western saloon vibe--very cool for a cafe, but a little too rough-hewn for a date, at least for a city girl. The action starts early with breakfast empanadas and maple and bacon buns, lunch hour brings ... read more
