1st time using Irons Heating & Cooling. Extremely impressed! Christine was quick to schedule my repair. Kevin arrived early am. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, worked neatly, answered all ?s, and quick to diagnose. I will continue using them and recommend you try them.

horrible experiene! very unprofessional. sent a kid over for a service call. on top of the service fee the kid puts down Labor x2.. he never touched anything and was at my home no more than 1/2 hr, most of which was in his vehicle playing on his phone. when I called to complain I was met with hostility and then some condescending 'customer service' man who kept interrupting me and insulting my intelligence. I'll share a couple of positive notes about Irons Heating & Cooling as my experience wasn't all bad before I get to why I did not use them in the end. I called at 8am to make a service appointment to check my boiler as my house was without heat and hot water. The representative on the phone was able to give me a same day appointment (between 12pm-2pm), which was a welcome relief. I was in need of replacing my entire HVAC system and subsequently had 3 separate HVAC companies submit an estimate. I awarded the job to Steve from Irons-I greatly appreciated his honesty and sincerity regarding the amount of work needed, and fully trusted his professional appraisal of the work.
