The owner is refusing to replace a new shades in my apartment that maintenance just finally after 4 months replace now it doesn't work right. He wants me pay for it out my pocket because he told the maintenance it's cost money.
Very unorganized and shady company. Living in the Sunwood apartment, we had mold developing by the bath tub because a splash guard was never installed and when they finally got around to doing it, the maintenance man wouldnt do anything about the mold but give us a can of white paint and a brush to paint over it. From the very beginning of moving into our apartment at Raleigh Manor there were several things that's were not addressed in our "remodeled" unit. For seven months now they still have yet to make most of the repairs and now our new floors are bubbling up in huge areas. They have known about this for about a month and no action has been taken. BEWARE!!! These Investors are evil. They bought our our building in West Seattle back on October 31st and they jacked up the rent by $900 a month from what we were paying. Absolutely disgusting and absurd! But what is even more disgusting is that despite how upset my husband and I were over it and reaching out to the owner, he never had the courage to reach out to us or reply to us until AFTER we left and is now trying to deny us the first and last month's rent and security deposit.
