This company is quite possibly the worst property management company I have ever had to work with, and that is saying a lot. As a former vendor, I am having to go to court to get paid for services rendered after they purposly slow paid our account. After multiple attempts to negotiate a more than fair exit from a contract they entered into with us (and had been paying for several years validating acceptance) they have reported us to the BBB for baseless acusations that I am 100% confident will be proven as slander. I am beyond frustrated with Ironridge. I’ve been living happily in my residence for over five years now and really don’t want to move. Ironridge took over my building sometime in the past six months. As of this week, we are now on our third apartment manager, none of which have been reachable by phone, email or text and none of which have any of us even met. Do not work with nor rent from these people. During my time renting at their Westcrest Apartments, there were cockroaches from the first day of moving in, and when bedbugs were discovered in my and other non-adjacent apartments, they said that I needed to move out for extermination, and that *I* would be responsible for paying for the extermination services, unless I chose not to return to the apartment. The owner is refusing to replace a new shades in my apartment that maintenance just finally after 4 months replace now it doesn't work right. He wants me pay for it out my pocket because he told the maintenance it's cost money.
