I would not refer a dog to them. I applied was approved and told I would only need to pay $99 at move in. After me literally chasing them down for someone to please call me so I can get my deposit to them . I spoke to Adrianna Ramirez whom I emailed several times asking her to call me so I could get information on my move in. She would email me saying she make sure to call me. I was renting university campus height managed by this agency, it’s been two months and the have not returned my security deposit. I moved out in August been reaching out and they don’t even pick up my calls. This is so ridiculous.
I had a fantastic experience with Ironridge!
The entire leasing process was smooth. I had a minor issue with the kitchen sink and they came and fixed it the next day. No complaints.
If I could give zero stars, I would. They hire the most ineffective staff to manage the office. They do not answer the phone. They do not keep track of tenent paperwork like rental insurance. It's not okay the way they treat their tenants. 0/10 do not recommend. I've never encountered more frustration. Now, I'm stuck for an amount of time that I wasn't planning. They are a predatory rental agency.
