Absolutely horrible service! I had to cancel my order and it took over a month to get final confirmation from someone that it had been handled. Everyone was waiting for someone else to find out and they never called back when they said they would. Then they mailed the refund check to the wrong address and accepted zero responsibility for it and charged me $31 to get a new check sent to me!
