Chloe Gerken was my dental hygienist and did a wonderful job! She was gentle and thorough! The office has a great atmosphere, everyone is so pleasant!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Chloe, the dental hygienist who worked with my teen son recently! She was awesome — super friendly, patient, and made him feel at ease the whole time. He even commented afterward about how nice she was (which says a lot coming from a teenager!). So grateful for the great care she gave him!

We ended up leaving my wife's new patient cleaning because the dental aid was being awful and not listening to her patient when there was clear communication about pain and discomfort. This was terrible patient care and customer service. This is not what I expected from a referral to your clinic from longtime customers of yours. Going to the dentist is enough of an ordeal as it is, but when the care you receive is subpar and borderline negligent there is no excuse for the trauma and abuse that comes from that. I'd been taking my daughter there since she first got her teeth. She normally does well, on time every 6 months. She's 5 now, she did great on her own during her cleaning. She had to wait 30 minutes after her cleaning for the dentist to check her teeth. By this time she was getting a bit upset and fussy. She didn't want him to look. Now I agree she should have allowed him to check her teeth after the x-ray and cleaning. But he made her wait 30 minutes, and I can't blame her for not wanting him to look after such a long wait.... read more

I want to start by saying that I once was a big fan of Ironhorse Dental. They did my ortho about 17 years ago at their Overland Park location. When I got my braces off in 2008, they gave me a permanent bottom retainer. At my last cleaning appointment, the dental hygienist accidentally knocked my bottom retainer ofc with the cleaning equipment.
