Dr. Torres provided such gentle, careful treatment. My new crown looks, and feels, great! Highly recommended.
Chloe Gerken was my dental hygienist and did a wonderful job! She was gentle and thorough! The office has a great atmosphere, everyone is so pleasant!
Just wanted to give a shoutout to Chloe, the dental hygienist who worked with my teen son recently! She was awesome — super friendly, patient, and made him feel at ease the whole time. He even commented afterward about how nice she was (which says a lot coming from a teenager!). So grateful for the great care she gave him!
We ended up leaving my wife's new patient cleaning because the dental aid was being awful and not listening to her patient when there was clear communication about pain and discomfort. This was terrible patient care and customer service. This is not what I expected from a referral to your clinic from longtime customers of yours. Going to the dentist is enough of an ordeal as it is, but when the care you receive is subpar and borderline negligent there is no excuse for the trauma and abuse that comes from that.
