I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. Tina rushed through painting my toes, and my French tip came out uneven and did not match across my toes. When I pointed this out, she argued with me instead of listening, insisting I had already said I liked it. In reality, she had only asked about one toe and never painted the others the same way. Horrible experience. Do not use the man in his 20s/30s. So very rude. I asked for a short basic French manicure and he said there is no way, no way it will look like that. Continued to be rude and I finally said no thank you and left. The ladies seem nice and the older man but if they try to give you the younger man, run. Everybody in there was shocked at the way he was acting.
Very very very unprofessional! She did my nails completely wrong and rushed I told her I was unpleased she become aggressive I gave her 4 attempts to fix it before I told her to just take it off and I’ll go else where ! She tried to charge me for the tips that she snatched off my fingers leaving my nail beds very damaged ! All because I wasn’t pleased with her work (shaping ) bc we didn’t even get to the acrylic part yet !
