Very bad
My neighbors are so loud. They get drunk all the time and stay up all hours of the night screaming and smoking cigarettes and pot and all the smoke goes directly into my windows. Also, there's no central air so you have to have your windows open so your apartment fills up with all of the smoke from your neighbors. My neighbors bang on the walls when I work from home because it disturbs their 24/7 partying and drinking fest. I've lost hundreds of dollars because of the constant disruptions to my work. The location is excellent. Holly is an absolute doll. They are making lots of upgrades so it's a perfect time to move in. The walls are thin, you can hear a lot from your neighbors and that's something I've been trying to work on minimizing but in all fairness, I've lived in at least a dozen different apartments across the country and all of them had issues with neighbor noises.
