I’ve been living here the past couple of years and really have no complaints. The rent is competitive with other complexes around, and the area has always felt safe and convenient. Recent deck renovations, a new laundry room, and nicer front doors have all been appreciated, and you can tell the owners actually care about running the place well.
I’m having a great experience living at Prime-Uptown.II Staff has bn so good to me- extra helpful since I’m very old and sometimes need extra help. I’m so fortunate in having wonderful neighbors too. Grounds r well cared for and Im able to enjoy a good amount of time on my patio when weather permits. Another thing im grateful for is good response by maintenance. Need has bn taken care of in good time by a friendly and competent worker. I feel blessed to live here.
Amanda and Alton are fantastic. If ever I have a question or need maintenance they are on it. Living in This community I feel really safe.
I’ve lived here for about a year and a few months now , I’ve had no issues very kind and understanding management and wonderful maintenance team! They are kid friendly and my children love it here 💕
We enjoy living at Uptown II. Well maintained and never an issue with maintenance requests. Office staff very helpful and friendly. A++
