Love the space—it has transformed as I have transformed. The trainers are knowledgeable and the classes are inviting. A comfortable space for all types of people with all types of experience. Definitely recommend!

Training at IronFlow has been a total game changer in my fitness levels. I've enjoyed Dan Partridge as a trusted trainer for a few years now, and once IronFlow was a mere idea in the beginning, (and later as it established a solid location), I was on board. I love this place! Dan Partridge sees movement from the perspective that very few can. He has trained in Ballet for over 20 years and understands functional strength from practical experience. It has been a refreshing change working out at IronFlow training. I have increased my overall strength. My hands, elbows, and shoulders all have improved in flexibility and durability, and most importantly my over all mobility has improved, helping me to live a more enjoyable life
