Amazing, amazing, amazing! My 15 year old daughter LOVES her workout at Ironertia. James is so knowledgeable and is able to explain the why and how each exercise works and about the muscles used. I have been coming here for over 3 months now... coaches are great, consistent, and very effective. I have been doing the Hiit and yoga classes 3 times a week along with 1on1 with James! The beauty of all the sessions is that they are never the same so it never really gets easy... you just become stronger... Ironertia has so much to offer - amazing coaches, variety of classes to fit your fitness needs, and convenient location. I love the HIIT class where you know you are going to get a challenging workout. The coaches are motivating and know exactly how to push you. Highly recommend!
