ATTENTION SUBCONTRACTORS! Paul does not pay his bills. We had to file a mechanical lien against Iron Crest and didn't get a check until we contacted the homeowners. They of course were in the dark about the situation and thought Paul was paying the subcontractors. Before using Iron Crest, I highly recommend looking on the Mechanical lien website to see this company's history and make sure you file your "commencement of work" right away with the state after completing anything for Iron Crest. My review will be slightly different than the rest as we ultimately did not choose to build with ironcrest. Having said that we were so impressed with Paul that I felt compelled to write a review. We were very close to building with ironcrest and Paul, our only hold back was the perfect home hit the market in the perfect location. Given this we ultimately did choose to buy the pre-existing home that met all of her needs in the perfect location. Our experience working with Paul could not have been better. Purchased a home built by Iron Crest in 2019 and the tile shower leaks into the basement. Quote to fix is $6500 and Iron Crest is unwilling to support the quality of their work. Definitely would not recommend due to the lack of willingness to help. Poor quality and poor customer service.
