Honestly, this is a safe and solid place to live. The office team is responsive and easy to work with, which I really appreciate. The cleaning crew is hands down the best—they keep the place looking great and deserve way more credit (and probably a raise). For the most part, neighbors are pretty chill. You’ll get a few that behave like animals, but that’s kind of standard for a Class B property anywhere.
My wife and I have been living here for almost a year now, and we just renewed our lease. Our neighbors are great, and the staff and management are wonderful. We toured nearly a dozen other nearby apartment complexes, and this was our top pick. We are very happy with that choice. I think these guys are great.I love living here.I love the atmosphere.The place is clean, great security, the property manager ,travis is #1, the neighbors are great.If you're looking for a place to live.This is the place to be okay.
I love Ironclad! I’m a 2nd time resident. I had to come back. Travis helped me pick my dream apartment (He’s honestly the best). I will always recommend Ironclad to anyone that wants to move to Minneapolis.
