I have had a wonderful experience staying here, particularly the current management with Mary and Chase. They are wonderful and friendly people. For instance, my recent move-out experience was pleasant. Here are some strengths/highlights of this apartment: 1) At the geocenter of the Twin Cities: easy to drive west towards St. Louis Park/Minnetonka, north to Brooklyn Park, south to Bloomington/MSP Airport, and east to St. Paul/Stillwater. I toured both the 1- and 2-bedroom units. From what I gathered, the building started leasing around July 2019. The apartments are brand new, with a great location—Trader Joe’s is right across the street, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The Moxy Hotel is attached to the building, and the gym is spacious. The views of the US Bank Stadium and skyline are incredible. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during my visit, so I wasn’t able to see it. One downside is that getting in touch with management was difficult... read more
Do not recommend from personal experience. In my honest opinion, communication and flexibility with tenants’ life situations and needs can be improved. *Addressing the leasing team response: I lived in the unit 315 in 2024- valid review-, and I do not wish for any follow up as nothing can be fixed at this point in time. Thanks.

I doubt I will find a better managed apartment in a prime location than Ironclad. Andrew, the manager has been wonderful. Amenities are top notch- pool, sauna, hot tob, a fancy gym, community space everything is well taken care of. Never had any major issues- I had 1 day where heat was not working in my apartment and it was late at night. Andrew himself showed up to help fix the problem within minutes and offered paying for a hotel for the night in case we weren't able to fix it. I am sad I am moving out for personal reasons... read more
