I was concerned about how Ironclad was handling our properties. I was going change to another management company until I started speaking with Jose Nunez. I am now pleased with how he is handling our properties.
Jose is a great Maintenance Department Manager. I contacted him because it looked like yellow jackets were beginning to nest under our back door. I was worried for the safety of the young children and pets in our building. He responded quickly and had a pest control vendor come and remove the nest. His fast and effective response was greatly appreciated.
