I am currently a tenant at one of their properties and I’m extremely disappointed. This is the second snowstorm where no one has come to shovel the walkway, clear the driveway, or put down salt. Our property has stairs, and I nearly slipped and fell because nothing has been treated. I’ve called, emailed, texted, and even submitted an emergency maintenance request with no response.
