I saw Dr. Andrew Rose and he is the worse doctor. The only response he had to my questions is "He is a doctor" i wouldn't answer my questions about the meds he was prescribing even though had had NOT checked me out. he also had not read any of my file and when i asked about that he laughed and said "why would i read that?" i have been diagnosed with a blood clot which scares me but he would give me any info. i kept asking questions and tried to explain what had been happening to me over the last few days. he told me to "Get ... read more
The treatment I received since being a patient here has made me decide to take myself somewhere else . after the performance of Dr. Rose and his staff I wouldn't bring my dead dog here . I would never ever go back there ever again . Also contact HIPPA to report the violations that happen today due to the nurse and Dr. being rude . no one I mean no one should be treated like that and Dr. Rose is a very nasty doctor that has problems with other races is the nicest way I can put it I see why my father left .
This has to honestly be one of the worst doctors offices I have ever been to. Their lack of communication and consideration towards patients baffles me. The only reason I continue to go to this office is for Dr. Lobb he seems to be the only one with a good, caring head on his shoulders. I once lost my purse with all of my medications in it and called and came into the office hysterical about my medicines and they told me someone would give me a call later- which they never did. Since moving to va 9years ago I have never seen a Dr I love till I came here
I have been going there for 5 years and couldn't be more pleased with the doctors. The doctors really listen to your concerns and take your health serious.
