I have always been extremely impressed with the level of friendliness, knowledge and response time from Group Administrators' employees!
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I don't know who runs this office but they need to be fired. They do not pay claims on a timely basis and it causes customers to be sent to collections by providers. They do not give proper notice of what information they need from the employee in order to process claims either. If you are an employer considering using this group to maintain your claims...don't do it. You will have nothing but complaints from your employees. They keep telling me there hasn’t been a payment since June. My checks have cleared and coverage has been active so what’s the issue except ineptness. Now I have to call someone else to get it cleared up?? How about do your job!
Just absolutely horrible to work with. We always have to call for payment to be issued. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to exist.
