Great culture
tried to cancel membership and they hang up on you, go in person and they wont cancel it
I haven’t even stepped foot into the gym yet to see what they truly offer but I can tell their customer service is great just based off the phone call I had with Alvin. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I’m very excited to get a membership!!
I had a disappointing experience at this gym. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional — the employee was on her phone with an AirPod in her ear while speaking to me, which was incredibly off-putting. I’ve worked out all around the world and have visited many gyms, but this is the first one where I wasn’t allowed to try the facilities before paying.
