Let me start with this, i’ve been going to this gym for around 3 years, and loved it up until these last few recent months. Iron vault used it be this spacious, low key gym with great equipment and serious lifters. I almost don’t want to write this review, but maybe it will help someone out. 1) the gym has no changing rooms/locker rooms. There are only a few individual bathrooms which are always occupied. 2) there are only 2 treadmills and few cardio machines for the entire gym which are also occupied. 3) There are tripods everywhere with people (adult children) recording. Best gym in NY in terms of machines, cleanliness, and people. Gym has literally everything as far as equipment. Definitely worth the money
