Met Justin back in January or February. I believe he was very willing to help prepare the property for sale. If we decided to go that route he seemed like he would go above and beyond what most real estate agents do. Later on, I had worked out a deal with the buyer as owner sale , After the paperwork thing became too much for me and also having some health issues I decided to call Justin.
