We sold our home and the buyers had this company as there agent. I’d like to start out by saying this realtor was unprofessionalism, had horrible communication, and a poor work ethic towards getting things done. I say this because she delayed closing by not communicating and sending the proper paperwork in time. I also want to say that the company she hired for termite and moisture inspection was even worse. We finally sold our home in November! . It was on the markrt for 5 months. Communication with our agent was horrible. He only wanted to text and there were times that my husband and I would send a message and it would have no response. My agent only did 2 open houses and the other open houses we had he had other agents show the home. Our agent seemed disconnected from us and our property. TEN STARS for Ron Bagwell!! This man is a go-getter!! He cold-called me at the perfect time. I had gone through a difficult, month long ordeal selling my home and had run out of options and money and Ron called me with a solution. He sold my home in less than 2 weeks after it had been on the market for months! He delivered on every promise he made and more! Shout out to Eric Edwards for all his hard work as well!
