I have been training out of Iron Underground for a month now. Greeted by the owner - Paul, made me feel incredibly welcome and asked what my goals for training and frankly whether I’m a good match for the gym. He’s created a strong sense of community and actually cares about the members, not your typical sales pitch with a walk-in, which was refreshing. Iron Underground is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is incredible the moment you walk in, you can feel the energy and positive vibes. The coaching is top tier, with Paul offering excellent advice and knowledgeable guidance. I 100% recommend it to anyone considering checking it out.
Great gym and atmosphere, the old school iron gym set up is very motivating and empowering when it comes to power lifting or any other strength related goal or just to totally go to war with the weights. Great gym and Paul is an amazing PT. Super encouraging and easy to get along with. He actually focuses on building solid foundations instead of wasting time on random things that don’t matter but feel trendy. He knows exactly how much to push you. Can’t recommend enough!
