Terrible. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! They have very few class times and half the time when you do go to one of the classes they cancel ir and try to get you to join the next class. The trainers are a JOKE. Then when you cancel your membership they try to keep debiting your credit card. They are basically a bad Crossfit gym, who are trying to lock people in just like a Globo gym. AVOID!
I joined Iron Tribe 8 months ago! One of the best decisions I have ever made when it comes to my health and wellness. Since joining I have lost over 3% BODY FAT and gained strength and confidence in ways I never imagined! The program has great structure to it and whether you are a novice or expert - you will be scaled appropriately.
