This place is amaaaaazing! Justin, Jason, Neal, and Keith are so knowledgeable and just overall fabulous! They take the time to teach you the correct way to exercise so you don’t leave in pain and because of that, I leave there pain free and ready to start my day! I wasn’t so lucky at other places. Great experience as a newbie and I am loving the 6 week Challenge! The coaching staff is superb, knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping members improve their fitness.
