I'm a person who strongly dislikes "public" gyms, I was so happy to have found this place where you have freedom to lift hard and truly get strong. Love the fact that you have 24 hour access with your door code. I would always come at really late hours when no one was there. Truly felt free in that environment. Would highly recommend!
Went here for a day pass while at the shaw classic and it was great
Used to be Iron Warrior Gym and is now under new management. Still the same great equipment and vibes just a lot busier now. Highly recommend.
