Phenomenal gym to work out at. The people I have interacted with at the gym are super helpful and willing to take the time to teach. Thomas (the owner) is super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend singing up for their coaching program. It's motivated me to get back in the gym.
Absolutely coming back here for lifts when I am in Denver. Easy sign up for a day pass, easy in for my lift @ 4am. Had all the gear I needed for a secondary bench day and had all the gear you need for strongman and powerlifting.
The community at the gym is amazing! They’ll help with what ever lift you maybe struggling with and all around good vibes.
Been going to this gym on and off for little over 8 years, like fine wine it's gotten better year over year. Love the strongman and powerlifting community here. Everytime I show up to lift, I feel welcome, supported and always have a good time. The people are friendly and fun. Great people!!
