RecommendedThe Iron Tap has great appetizers, and several choices of cocktails, beer and wine; PLUS, excellent service sitting at the bar - “Lounge” side.
I normally love this place but was serverly disappointed today. Private event was not marked in the lounge and was totally embarrassed and was told by owner that there was spots at the bar when there wasn't. First time I have ever left and went somewhere else because of experience. Not sure I can face going back there for a while.
Moved to Waconia just shortly before Iron Tap opened; we have been avid customers ever since. If Iron Tap sold stock, I'd buy it! Greg and his team are absolutely amazing; food and service is beyond amazing and there is absolutely no reason for us to leave Waconia for a fantastic meal. A+++...keep up the great work!

My husband and I stopped in to have dinner Friday night. The hostess was wonderful, told us a table would be ready in about 15 minutes, instructed us to head to the Lounge and grab a drink. We sat down at the bar, there were 3 staff members behind the bar when we sat down. Within a couple of minutes, we were welcomed & that someone would be with us shortly. I don’t think I have ever written a Facebook review but I had to for Iron Tap. My husband and I (and our 13 month old) stumbled upon this place by accident and man, am I glad we did! Food was phenomenal, great beer selection and fun small town atmosphere. We will be back for sure - probably this weekend!
Our waitress Jackie was amazing! She made the experience great. The burger was the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely tell everyone and we will be back!
