The pizza was made with a handmade crust and what looked and tasted like homemade tomato sauce. It was excellent. Everyone around me was talking about how good the food was. Plus a great variety of craft beer. How can you top that?
The chicken fritters are must!

Atmosphere to rival that of a California beach community restaurant, the beverage list has something for everyone. (Adult root beer float, yes please!) Simply the best pizza crust I have ever had, and beef brisket that nearly brought a tear to my eye it was that good and I've been a chef for almost 16 years. Literally tried everything on the menu and was not disappointed in any way except for the fact I don't live closer!! Truly a gem and Waconia is lucky to have a place like this. Great food - especially the appetizer salmon pizza and the smoked meat! Good selection of beer on tap - great atmosphere!
