Still no deposit back after 11 days! Do not buy an auction unit from them ever! They use an indian call center that never picks up and when I finally got ahold of them they hung up!!! If my money is not back soon im taking them to court!
Moving our stuff in was easy! We had easy access to the storage and was able to pull the uhal right to the door of it
