The service and staff were excellent as always. I had a friend with me who LOVES BBQ and he absolutely loved it! The Quail appetizer was stellar! I miss living in Edgemere Park!

We had an exquisite experience at Urban BBQ. The food was delicious! The kind of food that even though your full you can’t stop eating! Our server Whitney was delightful and sent us with ice teas to go since we had a long journey ahead of us a few hours north. My mother asked for their secret recipe to their cornbread muffins and the chef came out and told us how they make a few things on the menu. RecommendedAnytime I travel to new cities/states I like to try the BBQ to see how it compares to Texas (East Texas native here). I rank Iron Star Urban 5 stars for not only the service but the food as well. I will definitely be back the next time I am here!
I’ve eaten a lot of BBQ in my 56 years. Some of the best dry rub ribs I’ve ever had! All the food is excellent!
Stopped in passing through from out of town, came in right at opening 11 am sharp. The hospitality was 12/10, it was phenomenal. The hostess, manager, and server all made sure I had what I needed before I even asked. The food was also amazing. I had the pulled pork, brisket, Mac n cheese, and collards. Everything was fantastic, would recommend.

Stopped here on a Sunday evening on the way home from DFW hoping to get some good OKC BBQ and we were not disappointed. The service was great and the sampler plate was awesome. The brisket was thick cut and tender and the BBQ sauce was excellent. If you are traveling thru OKC and want great BBQ give this place a try. Very relaxed atmosphere.
