They claimed 4 to 6 weeks for delivery for these stairs, but we are in week 9 have not seen anything on the $2500 spent for these stairs. When I inquired about the delivery status on week 6, the Houston store kept making excuses, saying a part or this or that was being held up at the factory in PA and they would check back with me, which they failed to do more than once.
